Grant of License

This End User License Agreement (“Agreement”) is a legal agreement between you (the “Licensee”) and STAWIX Foundry (the “Foundry”). By downloading, installing, or using the STAWIX Font Software, you signify your acceptance of these terms.

Subject to the payment of the applicable license fee, the Foundry grants the Licensee a non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable limited license to use the Font Software for the number of users (seats) purchased at the time of transaction.

Location/Seat Definition: A “User” is defined as an individual employee or contractor. The license is valid only for the number of users specified in your receipt.

Multi-User Policy: If you intend to increase the number of users, you must purchase additional licenses for the extra seats.

Permitted Uses (Desktop License)

Static Graphics: You may use the Font Software to create static images, including logos, print advertisements, social media posts, and packaging.

Scalable Outlines: You may convert the Font Software into vector outlines, including .eps, .ai, and .svg files, for use in documents or branding assets. You must ensure the Font Software file itself is not embedded within these vector files in a way that allows a third party to extract or install the font.

Prohibited Uses (Requires Special License)

Without a specific written agreement, including a Web, App, ePub, or Server License, the following uses are strictly prohibited.

Webfont Usage: You may not use the Font Software via @font-face or any other method to serve the font to end-users via the web.

Embedding & Dynamic Content: You may not embed the font in mobile applications, software, video games, or e-books where the font is used to display text dynamically.

Server/Cloud-Based: You may not host the font on a server that allows customers or end-users to customize products, including online print-on-demand services.

Modification: You may not adapt, modify, reverse engineer, decompile, or create derivative works from the font software files, including .otf, .ttf, and .woff files, without prior written permission.

Third Parties & Service Bureaus

You may provide the Font Software to a third-party service bureau, including a commercial printer or graphic design agency, solely for the purpose of outputting your work.

Condition: You must ensure the service bureau agrees to these terms, uses the font only for your specific project, and deletes all copies of the font upon completion of the task. You are responsible for ensuring their compliance.

Intellectual Property & Ownership

The Font Software, including its design, structure, and code, is the exclusive property of STAWIX Foundry and is protected by copyright and international intellectual property laws. Your purchase grants you a license to use the software, not ownership of the design.

Termination

This Agreement is effective until terminated. Failure to comply with any provision of this Agreement will result in the automatic and immediate termination of your license without notice. Upon termination, you must cease all use of the Font Software and destroy all copies, digital or otherwise.

Limited Warranty & Disclaimer

21-Day Warranty: The Foundry warrants that the Font Software will perform substantially in accordance with the documentation for 21 days from the date of purchase. If the software is found to be defective, the Foundry’s sole liability and your exclusive remedy shall be the replacement of the product or a refund of the purchase price, at the Foundry’s discretion.

AS IS Provision: EXCEPT AS EXPRESSLY PROVIDED, THE FONT SOFTWARE IS PROVIDED “AS IS.” THE FOUNDRY DISCLAIMS ALL OTHER WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE.

Limitation of Liability

In no event shall STAWIX Foundry be liable for any consequential, indirect, incidental, or special damages, including any loss of business profits or data, arising out of the use or inability to use the Font Software, even if the Foundry has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

Governing Law

This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of Thailand. Any disputes arising from this Agreement shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Bangkok, Thailand.
